3.Check whether there is gas leakage at the connection between the nozzle and the ink stack. If there is gas leakage, the ink absorption will be uneven, and the picture will be broken. Check the method, push the nozzle to the position of the ink stack, be sure to push tightly, and then pull the ink suction tube on the ink pump, suction with a needle, if the air is sucked out, most of it is air.
Solution: Adjust the height of the nozzle or the height of the ink station, so that there is no gap between the nozzle and the ink station, and the ink will not be broken if the ink is normal.
4.If none of the above problems exist, your nozzle is blocked and needs to be cleaned. Cleaning method: Add a little water to the ink stack(Oil-based ink and cleaning solution)Then push the ink stack back, the ink stack and the nozzle are tightly buttoned, soaked overnight, and then remove the ink sac of broken color and inject water with a needle(Oil-based ink with cleaning solution).
